“I play Alternative (New Wave) music and the anthems part encompasses those songs that rise up to the top of your faves and really resonate for a season or reason in your life.“
What can listeners expect on “Alternative Anthems”?
“I play New Wave, College Alternative mostly from the 80’s, with a little 90’s and dance sprinkled in. Each week I feature a song that is My Music Memory.”
What do you hope to accomplish with “Alternative Anthems”?
“A capsule of familiar music that brings listeners back.”
How long has your program been on the air at WAPJ?
“Eight years.”
Where you in radio before WAPJ?
“My first radio experience was in college at WXCI on the campus of Western Connecticut State University.”
If listeners could learn one thing about you, what would that be?
“I’ve been a ballerina all my life.”
